Wednesday, February 20 | 12 - 1 PM | Webinar
Citing groundbreaking Tisch College research, TIME Magazine made young activists one of their runners-up for Person of the Year in 2018. Tisch College leads the nation in studying young people; its research is widely used to boost youth engagement in politics, including on our own campus. In this webinar, Tisch College researchers will share their insights about what happened with the youth vote 2018, what we can expect for 2019 - 2020, and what Americans should do to engage youth in politics. Hear from leading Tisch College faculty, including Peter Levine, Associate Dean of Tisch College and Lincoln Filene Professor of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Tufts, and Kei Kawashima-Ginsberg, Director of Tisch College's Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement (CIRCLE).
Sponsored by The Tufts University Alumni Association, this webinar is part of the Tufts Faculty Webinar Series, which offers hour-long, live webinars by Tufts faculty on cutting-edge research. Return to the classroom as we share the Light on the Hill with you.
