What We Do

GLADI aims to see Tufts as a “generous listening” campus, and to build a theory-predicated and evidence-based science around generous listening and dialogue for fostering genuine connection and promoting human flourishing. GLADI's strategy, inspired by the Vuslat Foundation, includes four pillars that will iteratively be built and support one another.
