Rebecca Altholz
Research Assistant
Rebecca Altholz, A26, majored in Clinical Psychology & Community Health and minored in Child Studies & Human Development. She served as a Research Assistant at GLADi for both fall 2024 and fall 2025, assisting with IRB protocol curation, literature reviews and interview transcriptions from GLADi’s Rwanda-focused research in collaboration with Aegis Trust, a research partner and global peacebuilding organization.
Ryoka Teramachi
Research Assistant
Ryoka Teramachi, AG26, studied Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Leadership. In summer 2025 she served as a Tisch Summer Research Fellow, working as a Research Assistant for GLADi. She also contributed to the development of the Chrysalis Retreat, a campus-based initiative integrating generous listening, dialogue, and restorative community practices.
Margaux Wade
Research Assistant
Margaux Wade, A26, majored in History and Religion, and minored in Entrepreneurship. In summer 2025 she served as a Tisch Summer Research Fellow, working as a Research Assistant for the GLADi and coding interview transcripts for GLADi’s Rwanda-focused research in collaboration with Aegis Trust. She also works on social media and campus outreach to raise awareness of GLADi's efforts on Tufts' campus.
