Biography
Noel builds partnerships with community organizations and government agencies that center the needs of the community and create opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to deepen knowledge, make meaningful contributions, and honor cultural identities and traditions. Before coming to Tisch College, Noel taught history and English in the Boston Public Schools for over ten years and also served as an instructional coach, department head, and teacher educator. Noel holds a BA in Ethnic Studies and Political Science from Brown University.
