Biography
Noel builds partnerships with community organizations and government agencies that center the needs of the community and create opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to deepen knowledge, make meaningful contributions, and honor cultural identities and traditions. Before coming to Tisch College, Noel taught high school history and English in the Boston Public Schools and also served as an instructional coach, department head, and teacher educator. He has also taught classes related to curriculum design, critical pedagogy, cultural narratives, and race and racism at Harvard Graduate School of Education and Boston University.
