Biography
Kate Eastwood joins Tisch College in an Administrative Coordinator role partnered with the TUSM Office of Educational Affairs supporting both the Tisch-TUSM Community Service Learning (CSL) program and TUSM’s Scholarly Project Program. In this position, she supports MD students in these two longitudinal, self-directed components of the medical school curriculum, in addition to strengthening programming, scholarship, and other opportunities to enrich these programs. Kate brings experiences in both medical and residency student and academic services (from the University Pittsburgh and the University of Colorado, respectively) as well as community-based experiences with Americorps*. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Chinese (Mandarin) from the University of Pittsburgh.
